One of a series of films I have recently shot and edited for the ground breaking promoter for independent producers and outlets, Local Food Britain. Filming took place during the baker´s evening shift over 3 hours and editing took 2 days. It includes 2 short pieces to camera by the bakery owner and his head baker. It has a no-fuss style, in keeping with the authentic subject matter and we went home happy with loaves of fresh sour-dough organic bread in our bags.
